Using UV photo-imaging methods, it is possible to pattern features that are near invisible and can be used as a direct replacement for patterned ITO films for Projected Capacitive Touch Screens.

Uniquely, the production process allows a device to be manufactured in a single step with electrodes, border circuitry and a flex tail in a single step.
