The 600i uses fixed position inkjet print heads and a high quality linear motor- based transport system to closely replicate the MetalJet 6000 high volume production line. CIT provides the option to use the same Xaar 1001 heads that are used on the MetalJet 6000i in order to provide a direct replication of the production system.
Plating is done in table top tanks that are provided with the system. The MetalJet 600i is the ideal development system for customers serious about a long-term commitment to the CIT print and plate technology.
